Often, the radiologist will contact your physician while you are in our center if they need more information about your medical history or want to talk about a concern. Scheduling an appointment. If your insurance plan requires a referral, please obtain one from your Primary Care Physician before you make your appointment with Radia. Once you've made the appointment, please use the links on the left for further information on the exam you’ve scheduled. Check-in. You will need to bring your insurance card(s), which our staff will copy for your confidential medical record. Registration involves recording the responsible parties for billing purposes. If your visit is the result of a work-related or traffic-related injury, our staff will need additional information. To save time, we may call you directly to pre-register.
