You will have a high-resolution CT scan performed. There is no injection, and the exam is painless. We use the minimum amount of radiation possible. The CT exam provides a precise guideline for your dental professional to plan your dental implant surgery.

Yes. The procedure is safe and painless.
What preparation is needed?
No special preparation is needed.
What should I wear?
Please wear your normal everyday clothing.
How long will the procedure take?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your exam time to verify registration information and prepare for the exam. The procedure takes about 15 minutes.
What can I expect after the procedure?
There are no known direct after effects of this procedure.
When will my dental practitioner get the results?
Your dental practitioner will receive the 3-D images in one to two business days.
