Rich Satre, MD, President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Satre was appointed the President of Radia in 2009 and Chief Executive Officer in 2010. As President and CEO, Dr. Satre is responsible for current and future development of corporate partnerships and collaborations for all Radia businesses. Prior to becoming President and CEO, Dr. Satre was Radia’s Chief Medical Officer for 4 years.  During his tenure he significantly strengthened and grew many successful corporate partnerships. Dr. Satre completed his medical school degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin; completed his radiology internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and went on to complete his residency training at Duke University Medical Center.  He received his fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at John Hopkins Hospital.

 

 

Mary M. Kelly, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kelly was named the Chief Medical Officer for Radia in 2011, and has been with Radia for 15 years.  As CMO, she facilitates excellence in medical care through physician development, performance management, process improvement and physician recruitment and retention.  Dr. Kelly serves as medical director for the Swedish Medical Center Cherry Hill and Ballard Breast Centers and is an associate clinical professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine.  Dr. Kelly received her medical degree and also completed her residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine.

 

 

Lloyd Stambaugh, MD, President, Radia Technical Imaging, LLC

Dr. Stambaugh was elected President of Radia Technical Imaging, LLC in 2007.  In this role, Dr. Stambaugh manages RTI’s outpatient  imaging centers and pursues new opportunities for additional outpatient imaging collaborations. RTI’s strategy for outpatient imaging is centered on a hospital partnership model, and this cooperation helps both Radia and our partner hospitals improve patient care in our communities. Dr. Stambaugh completed his medical school training at Duke University and residency at Washington University’s Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Stambaugh then served his country as an Air Force radiologist at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois and achieved the rank of Major. He also completed a fellowship in Orthopedic and Trauma Imaging at the University of Washington’s Harborview Medical Center.

 

 

Ward Hinger, MBA, Chief Administrative Officer

Ward Hinger joined Radia in 2011. As the Chief Administrative Officer, Ward provides strategic and operational oversight for Radia Inc P.S. and Radia Technical Imaging LLC.  He has an extensive healthcare administration background in both the United States Air Force and the private sector. Prior to joining Radia he served as Special Assistant to Alaska Governor Sean Parnell and was instrumental in developing a 2010 healthcare vision for the Governor. Ward holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University in Texas.

 

 

Dave Revell, Chief Information Officer

Dave Revell joined Radia in September 2006 and has over 10 years experience in the IT field.  In his role as CIO, he is responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for integrated information technology.  He is also responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and governance of the information systems and technology infrastructure. He attended the University of Washington majoring in Microbiology.  Prior to joining Radia, he was the Director of Information for TestAmerica.

 

 

Lisa West, Director of teleRadia

Lisa West joined the Radia team in 2006 as an IT Project Manager. Her extensive knowledge of IT systems and project management skills made her a valuable asset to the Radia team, and in 2008 she was promoted to teleRadia Operations Manager. Lisa became a strong member of the Radia leadership team and in 2010 she was promoted to Director of teleRadia. In her role Lisa works in partnership with Radia’s leadership team, radiologists, teleRadia staff and Radia’s partner facilities to ensure the services teleRadia provides exceed expectations. Lisa holds a BA in business administration from  the University of Washigton, and completed certificate programs at UCLA in both Management Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence Systems.

 

 

Tim Downie, MPA, CHC, CHPS, CCS-P, Compliance and Privacy Officer, Quality and Risk Management

Tim joined Radia in 2006 to serve as the Compliance Officer. In 2009 he also assumed the role of Privacy officer. In 2010 he became the Quality and Risk Manager for Radia.  His passion for ensuring quality, patient-centered care makes Tim a strong asset to the Radia leadership team. Tim received his B.S. from Liberty University in developmental psychology in 1991, and then received his M.A. in public administration from Seattle University in 2005. Prior to joining the Radia team, Tim spent 12 years at UW Physicians, serving at Harborview and UW Medical Center in various managerial roles including: patient relations, coding/revenue cycle management, branch manager and senior compliance analyst. He also spent 12 years serving the US Navy as a personnel office supervisor. Tim is a member of numerous healthcare organizations including: AHIMA, HCCA, AHLA, ASHRM and WPSC.
